We worked with renowned architect; Roger Zogolovitch on a new concept project to develop the award winning ‘House Boat’ and surrounding dwellings and land into a coastal holiday retreat with a difference. Aimed at those looking to escape the city to the coast but not be subjected to the ‘new normal’ of holiday lets in the Poole and Dorset area, we endeavour to create a brand that aligns itself with family sea side traditions but offers more for the mind, body and soul. With the new developments leading on from the split level, architectural feast that is the ‘House Boat’ guests will also be able to enjoy use of a print and artist studio, private beach access and one of the best views in the area.
